Due to large travel distances, guide wages and food expenses we are compelled to implement a cancellation policy.
Deposits are fully refundable if reservations are canceled verbally or in writing up to 48 hours before your activity date. Between 48 and 24 hours payments will be refunded at 50%. No refunds or alternate dates will be given for any reason if canceled within 24 hours of your activity.
Due to large travel distances, guide wages and food expenses we are compelled to implement a cancellation policy.
Deposits are fully refundable if reservations are canceled verbally or in writing up to 30 days before your activity date. Between 3 weeks payments will be refunded at 50 %. No refunds or alternate dates will be given for any reason if canceled within 2 weeks of your activity.
