If you need to cancel your trip, the full amount is refundable provided notice is given 48 hours prior to your scheduled trip. If notice occurs with 48 hours of your trip the full amount is non-refundable. This is due to staff scheduling and logistics that have been implemented prior to trips.
If you need to cancel your course, the full amount is refundable provided notice is given 72 hours prior to your scheduled course. If notice occurs with 72 hours of your trip the full amount is non-refundable. This is due to staff scheduling and logistics that have been implemented prior to courses.
Deposits are fully refundable if reservations are canceled verbally or in writing up to 30 days before your activity date. Between 3 weeks payments will be refunded at 50 %. No refunds or alternate dates will be given for any reason if canceled within 2 weeks of your activity.
