The customer must return the equipment and accessories to Tatshenshini Expediting Ltd. at Whitehorse, Yukon or such other location as agreed to by Tatshenshini Expediting Ltd.

Customer agrees that they are responsble for the safekeeping of the equipment and accessories and that the equipment and accessories must be returned at the end of the rental period in as good condition as received by the customer.

Customer agrees that they will reimburse Tatshenshini Expediting Ltd. for any damage caused to the equipment and accessories and that Tatshenshini Expediting Ltd. is authorized to deduct from the deposit paid by the Customer a reasonable estimate of the cost of repair.

Customer agrees not to permit the use of the equipment by any other person without first obtaining the consent of Tatshenshini Expediting Ltd.

The Customer acknowledges that the use of a kayak, canoe or raft involves and element of personal risk and danger. The Customer hereby releases Tatshenshini Expediting Ltd., its principals, employees and agents from liability for any damages suffered by the client, howsoever caused, whether by an act or omission, including the negligence of Tatshenshini Expediting Ltd., its principals, employees and agents. The Customer hereby waives the right to claim compensation for any damages suffered by the Customer.
