Day Trips
Deposits are fully refundable if reservations are canceled verbally or in writing up to 24 hours before your activity date. No refunds or alternate dates will be given for any reason if canceled within 24 hours of your trip.
Release of Liability and Waivers:
All clients will be required to review, understand, and sign a waiver as part of the booking process prior to day trips, multi day trips, and courses. A paper waiver will also need to be signed upon arrival and prior to activities commencing. All clients will also receive an in person safety briefing before participating in any of the aforementioned activities.
Multi-Day Trips & Courses:
Deposits are fully refundable if reservations are canceled verbally or in writing up to 30 days before your activity date. Between 3 weeks payments will be refunded at 50 %. No refunds or alternate dates will be given for any reason if canceled within 2 weeks of your activity.
